The firm has its main offices at Plot 29, Luthuli Avenue, Bugolobi, Kampala - Uganda.

In order to expand its resource base in this era of outsourcing and networking, the firm has established affiliations with other firms within the East African region and internationally. Pro Plan Partners Limited are a charter member of the internationally renowned Geneva based "Foundation for Excellence in Business Practice" (FEBP) and were awarded a Gold Medal Certificate in recognition of their good practice in April 2005. Pro Plan Partners Limited won the 2012 Uganda Responsible Investment award (URI) in the construction management category.

The firm was established in 1991 and has in-field expertise and resources, which enables it to provide practical and appropriate professional input in various sectors of the building industry.
Almost twenty years in the building industry has engendered a wealth of experience enabling the firm to provide excellent professional services in Architectural Consultancy.
The firm is fully computerized with computers, printers, plotters, and scanners, plus e-mail and internet capabilities. It has sophisticated 3-dimensional modeling and design software. It has a fully computer literate staff capable of most efficient services. Permanent staff at the office includes four Architects of diverse training and in-field experience backgrounds in countries within Africa, Europe and Asia and their back up Technical and Administrative Staff.
